JP thermoforming Polyimide film was originally invented by DuPont, It is a kind of formable film. The best forming temperature between 320℃-340℃, under the pressure around 1MP(10kgs).
JP thermoforming Polyimide film can also preserve excellent performance with the physical, chemical and mechanical property, with the thickness of 25μm、38μm、50μm、75μm、100μm、125μm.
Features
- Material advantages: can be formed into irregular shapes, high dielectric strength.
- High temperature resistance: has a wide temperature range from -269°C (-452°F) to 400°C (752°F) with UL-94 V0 flame retardant certification
- Insulation properties:
- Under normal temperature, ultra-high dielectric strength can reach 7,500V@25um.
- Under extreme temperature of 300°C, it still has excellent electrical insulation performance, and can maintain 2,500V insulation resistance at 25um thickness.
